1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Coaching Services and submitting your payment details, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your subscription.

2. Subscription & Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA)
By enrolling, you authorize Coach Edwin to automatically charge the subscription fee to your card on file on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

Billing Cycle: Your card will be charged every [month / agreed interval] starting on your enrollment date.
Subscription Duration: Your subscription will run for the agreed number of cycles as stated in your chosen plan, unless cancelled earlier.
Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify us of cancellation before your next billing date, your subscription will continue and your card will be charged accordingly.
You understand that this constitutes a binding Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) and that charges will be processed automatically without requiring additional approval from you each cycle.

3. Payment
All fees are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through PayMongo.
You are responsible for ensuring your card details are valid and up to date. Failed charges due to expired or invalid card details are your responsibility.
In the event of a failed payment, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment method. Access to the program may be suspended until payment is settled.
